Attached to the Venue of Scottsdale, the Comedy Spot regularly hosts an eclectic selection of local and nationally-touring jokesters who've dispensed their yukks on TV and in movies, as well as at college campuses around the nation. We’ve chuckled through some side-splitting sets by such hilarious Valley comedians as Nick Tarr and Jay Penn at the joint (which serves as a laid-back alternative to the Improv in Tempe). Aspiring comics can also test their wits and get some practice during a comedy open mic night on the last Sunday of every month.
